Women's Support Group

Career Counseling

Our goal is to provide women with the guidance and support they need to make informed decisions about their career. We will provide resources and strategies to help women identify and pursue their career goals. Our group sessions are interactive and focused on helping participants move forward in their career journey.

Once a month, one of our trendy volunteers will be hosting a career AMA. It is an open space where women from our community can come, ask about career issues, and share their struggles and achievements.

Narcissistic Abuse Survivor Group

Attending a Narcissistic Abuse Survivor Group session can be a life-changing experience. It is a safe space for survivors to connect and share their stories, struggles, and triumphs. During the session, a trained facilitator helps guide the conversation, offers resources and support, and provides a safe and non-judgmental environment for all participants. The group session also provides a sense of community and camaraderie, as many survivors may feel isolated and alone in their struggle. It is an opportunity for survivors to express their feelings, find validation and understanding, and gain strength from the collective wisdom of others who have also experienced narcissistic abuse.

Once a month, one of our volunteers will be hosting a session in healing around victims of narcissism. It is an open space where women from our community can come and speak about coming back into their own empowered lives after intense relationships.

Anxiety Management

The session provides a safe space for women to share their struggles and experiences with anxiety, receive support from others, and learn helpful strategies for managing their anxiety. During the session, participants may learn about cognitive-behavioral strategies for managing their anxiety, such as practicing deep breathing or developing a calm and positive mindset. Additionally, the session may involve activities like guided meditation, journaling, artwork, or movement to explore the physical and emotional aspects of anxiety.

Once a month, will be hosting a session of sharing, allowing all women to discuss and share different anxiety management and experiences.
