Around the world, women of color, particularly those from marginalized communities, face significant barriers to accessing education, training, and technology. Financial constraints, coupled with the high cost of education and limited scholarship opportunities, contribute to the challenges these women encounter. Consequently, the lack of financial literacy often exacerbates these difficulties, leaving women struggling to pursue their educational and career goals. Additionally, cultural norms that prioritize traditional gender roles, early marriage, and motherhood discourage women from pursuing education and training.
